VERONA — The 11th Annual Home Show at Turning Stone will take place this weekend, Feb. 3-5 at the Turning Stone Resort Casino Event Center.
More than 130 companies will be on hand to showcase various home improvement products and services in Central New York, including interior remodeling, exterior remodeling, real estate, insurance, energy, security and home services.
There will also be a host of vendors and informational resources.
A highlight of the 2023 Home Show is the Home Improvement Giveaway, according to event organizers who add that attendees can enter to win outdoor kitchen equipment including a premium grill and pizza oven from CNY Custom Concrete & Masonry. The giveaway, with prizes valuing over $6,000, is free to enter with no purchase necessary and is just for Home Show attendees.
A popular feature of the Home Show is the New York State Tasting Area where more than a dozen vendors will be sampling and selling wine and unique foods.
Friday from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. is happy hour with music by Phil Arcuri.
Sunday is Family Day with a magician and children’s activities scheduled from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
“If you’re buying, building, remodeling or just browsing, the Home Show is a great place to get started,” said show promoter Scot Hayes. “You can save a lot of time by visiting the Home Show to meet companies, see products and schedule price quotes.”
The Home Show at Turning Stone Resort Casino will be open Friday, Feb. 3, from 1 to 7 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 4, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday, Feb. 5, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.. Admission is $10 for adults, $ 9 for seniors and military/first responders and free for youth age 16 and younger.
Show promoters suggest buying a ticket online at www.homeshowatturningstone.com in advance to be able to skip admission lines at the door. The website also contains additional information, including complete event schedules, vendors and other information.
