Rihm Family Companies Adopts Carousel Cloud Software to Bring Wider Feature Set to DS Messaging at Truck Dealerships

Celebrating its 90th year in business, Rihm Family Companies operates seven Kenworth truck dealerships in Minnesota and Wisconsin that represent the pulse of its customer-facing operations. Several years ago, the family-owned and operated company transitioned from print media to digital signage for customer communications from its busiest and newest locations, using on-premise software from Carousel Digital Signage.

Rihm Family Companies is now switching to Carousel Cloud software at all four signage-active Minnesota locations to target specific welcome messages, vehicle and service specials, local interest information and more to customers in each showroom. The transition to a cloud-based network also allows the company’s IT department to seamlessly scale the network to its other three dealerships.
