Chun Studio is a small full service architecture firm with a focus on single and multi-family residential projects. Most of our work centers around experimenting with the new Coliving housing model. Our projects depart from the traditional multifamily and specialize in how to create multi-tenant spaces under one roof.
We are looking for a junior architect with strong design skills and interest in how to construct spaces and motivated to learn and understand the process to do so.
Candidates must be well rounded with the commitment for long term growth with an evolving firm engaged in architecture and real estate development (www.cohaus.com). Ability to work in a small office environment requires candidates to be organized, manage time, and solve problems both collaboratively and independently. Opportunities will be abundant.
Qualifications:
Degree in architecture from an accredited college
1-4 years of experience after graduation
High proficiency in ACAD and Sketchup
Construction Document experience
Real estate development experience a plus
Live in Los Angeles
US Citizen or Green Card Holder
