DEKPOL Deweloper, a company from the DEKPOL Group operating in the real-estate development area, has published preliminary information on the sale of premises in 2021.
In the period under review, the Group’s property development segment sold 490 premises on the basis of the concluded reservation, development and preliminary agreements, which means more than a threefold increase in contracting compared to 2020 (148 units).
In the financial result for 2021, 406 premises will be recognized compared to 622 a year earlier. The estimated value of the premises sold in 2021 on the basis of the concluded reservation, development and preliminary agreements is PLN 261 million, while the estimated value of the sale of premises that will be recognized in the Group’s financial result in 2021 is approximately PLN 252 million.
At the end of 2021, Dekpol Deweloper’s offer included 657 premises available for sale.
– We consider the year 2021 to be a very successful business year, despite the demanding environment. In terms of both the sale of premises and transfers, we have exceeded the goals we set for ourselves. We strengthened our market position in the core business, i.e. the construction of apartments and investment apartments, and took the first step in a new, prospective business segment, which is PRS (private rented sector). The high level of sales is the result of both our experience and references, as well as a wide, diversified land bank. Due to the fact that we have various types of real estate at our disposal, we are able to flexibly react to what is happening on the market and offer our clients a wide range of projects, both in the popular and premium segment, inter alia on the Sobieszewo Island, which is extremely attractive in terms of nature and location. At the end of December last year our sales offer included over 650 premises, and over 1000 units were under construction. New projects go on sale all year round, so clients have a wide portfolio of real estate at their disposal, regardless of whether they are looking for premises to live in, or for investment or capital protection – so Sebastian Barandziak, president of Dekpol Deweloper.
