PODGORICA (Montenegro), August 25 (SeeNews) – The number of building permits issued in Montenegro went up by 51.5% year-on-year in the first half of 2022, to 150, the country’s statistical office said on Thursday.
Out of this number, 97 permits were issued to individuals (up 67.2% y/y), while the remaining 53 were issued to legal entities (up 29.3% y/y), the statistical office said in a statement.
In the second quarter of 2022, the number of issued building permits rose by 32.3% on the year and was 34.4% higher compared to the first quarter of 2022.
