We are looking for an experienced, well-rounded, enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, detail oriented Architect to design and oversee our townhouse construction projects throughout brownstone Brooklyn. Qualified candidates will be comfortable in a fast-paced, high pressure work environment leading the design of multiple projects at any given time.
Responsibilities include:
-Lead our in-house teams and clients through the entire architecture/design process
-Draft and detail construction plans for residential gut renovations and new construction
-Manage all design professionals and expeditors
-Participate in the budget creation and value engineering processes
-Maintain company design standards
-Assist with quality control – we expect nothing but the highest standards
