About this role:

A prestigious and award-winning firm is looking for a Project Designer to join the multi family housing team of their Austin studio.  Priority given to bilingual English/Spanish speakers who have a passion for detailed minimal design.

Key responsibilities:

• Involvement in all phases of design and construction for high-end residential ground-up and renovation projects.
• Prepare and organize construction documents and presentation materials.
• Coordination with a variety of consultants, contractors and city agencies.
• Research of project specifications, materials, systems and construction codes.
• Create accurate construction details.
• Work closely with design team and delegate to junior designers/drafters
• Follow a consistent process in order to achieve unique outcomes

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture.
• A minimum of 4 years of post-graduate professional experience.
• On track to one day become a Licensed Architect.
• Experienced in high-end residential design.
• Attention to detail and strong graphic abilities
• ArchiCAD and SketchUp proficiency. 
• Effectively convey ideas to clients and colleagues both verbally and visually
