Warren Techentin Architecture [WTARCH] is looking for a talented, full-time
designer with excellent design skills and with 3-6 years of
experience – a portion of which includes experience as a Project Architect and/or as a Project Manager. This is an
opportunity to position yourself in a leadership role in making progressive, impactful buildings and spaces which are urbanistically engaged, environmentally conscious, and socially minded. Position available immediately.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Leadership ability and strong, positive interpersonal skills
commensurate with running design teams and projects in construction. - Excellent Design Skills
- Exceptional Design and Graphic talent.
- Working knowledge of local and state codes
- Understanding of building systems and construction techniques
- Experience with Affordable Housing a plus
- Experience with multifamily and mixed use projects a plus
- Experience with theaters a plus
- Experience with fabrication a plus
- Experience with permitting a plus
Current WTARCH projects include 11 apartment buildings including TOC, Co-Living, Live/Work, Affordable, and Modular in Types III, IV,
& V; as well as 2 houses, 2 ADUs, conceptual drawing, and experimentation with bent metal structures. The applicant would be expected to help with ongoing projects in the
office in addition to leading specific, new projects we are getting.

We are a boutique firm of ten people with a diverse array of work affording you learning opportunities while working on a wide range of projects of varying scales. You will have the chance to work through every phase of the design process.
