occasional site visits. Requirements
5 Years+ Experience in Interiors AUTOCAD a MUST! Microsoft
Word+Excel. Modeling in Rhino, VRay, Photoshop is helpful Degree in
architecture Job focuses on client presentation drawings: plans and interior
elevations showing furniture, floor patterns and decorative finishes. Also
production of construction drawings: interior elevations, sections, custom
cabinetry and millwork details, specifications for appliances, plumbing
fixtures, stone/tile, finishes. Some furniture design. Also must be able to do
product specification and coordination.
ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE READY TO WORK FIVE DAYS A WEEK
“IN” OUR MIDTOWN OFFICE.
Salary range: $80,000 to $120,000, based on experience and skill
set.
